I can't point to anything in particular since I am not familiar with the circuit on the flex. But have you replaced the relay or swapped with another in the fuse block? Is that same circuit also running the front cooling fan? maybe the problem lies there? When the compressor was replaced, did they also replace the Clutch coil? (im sure they did, but you never know) Have you ohm'ed out the coil to make sure its not too resistive and heating up and blowing the fuse? There is likely a spec for what it should be in the service manual. Is it would be hard to test, but might be useful to put a MM inline to see how much it's actually pulling before it blows. Is 10amp the right fuse, because it seems kinda low?
