Powertrain / Under The Hood • Looking into changing out the Water Pump / Timing Chain / Cam phasers, please advise

My nephew is a SemiTruck mechanic and asked me if I needed anything looked into on my flex, he’s also a normal mechanic

So there’s too many options online I’d like to ask all of you who have had their Water Pump / Timing chain / and cam phasers changed if you could link me to good quality parts youve personally used for my 2013 Flex Limited FWD

Also is there anything else I should know
