Powertrain / Under The Hood • Does this sound like a ptu on the way out?

So lately I noticed a sound like something is dragging in reverse going uphill when I press the gas and yesterday it seemed to have more resistance to reverse in a flat parking lot, almost like it had to get over a bump. It also started to give the same sound when going forward and turning in low speeds sometimes. And the final symptom is a occasional vibration around 40-50 that lets up when I release the gas pedal.

133k. Changed the fluid twice already and last time was about 20k ago. Hoping maybe its the cv axle or something but thinking its the ptu.
