I know this is an older post but I wanted to put a note here for anyone's future reference on what NOT to do if you are every in the situation where you need to power a seat motor and are unsure on which wires to use. Unfortunately I cannot tell you on the flex which specific ones not to use but this is more a warning to not just indiscriminately apply power to random wires under a seat in attempts to get a motor to activate.....especially when the seat has side airbags . . .. ask me how I know. ok ..I'll tell you. I ruined a very nice leather seat by not paying attention and when poking a power wire into individual wires in the loom plug it energized the airbag module and blew the side of the seat out when the bag deployed ...that was a great big dohhht! moment ..so the lesson is to know which wires are for motors and which are for other things. Please pay more attention than I did.
