Sounds torque steer but something worn in the suspension is exaggerating it. Can be in the rear suspension as well. Alos maybe a motor mount.
My first car back in the 80s was a 77 Pontiac Ventura, it did not have a torque steer issue but a breaking one that would cause the car to pull to one side. After changing out the front brakes and calipers did not solve it, further investigation found it was a crack in one of the leaves in a rear leaf spring. New leaf springs installed solved the issue.
