I fixed the heat blowing by replacing the actuator behind the glove box. (~$25 at AutoZone and about 10-15 minutes of work) I still need to replace the rear one, but for now I do have AC! The touch screen works, but sadly the physical radio and climate control buttons do not work. It had a sunroof leak when purchased so I'm sure something is fried.
