I found out the noise source, there is a rubber seal on the steering column, behind the pedals, that is out of place. I put it back in place but it looks like something to keep it there is missing because everytime I drive the car, it pops out of place.
Is there any kind of lock, clamp or something to keep this rubber seal in place that the mechanic left out?
