I spoke with a guy who represents a brand called STIGAN Turbos, they offer a full 3 year warranty, yeah there probably made in China, but a 3 year warranty is actually pretty good.
Their website is extensive, says they've been around for 20 years. I can't personally recommend them because I have no experience with them, but again a 3 year warranty is pretty good.
