The 13-19 Flex are all CGEA 1.2 so you can use any IPC from those years. The only other models that might work are the 11-15 Explorer and 13-19 MKT. Wiring is exactly the same on all.
You really have nothing to gain by changing it out though. In the 15+ Flex you will lose the Climate option on the right screen.
There is a type 3 display that is pretty sweet but it will only work in a CGEA 1.3 network which the Flex never got. And no you will never get that one to work. There are hardware differences that make it impossible.
