On a 2013 the sensor is on the back side of the tank(back = rear of car). It is near the front of the passenger front tire. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. There are four 7/32 screws along the outside of the wheel well, holding the plastic, and one pop clip. Once the clip and screws are out, turning the wheel to the right, or removing the tire, and you'll have plenty of room. Hold the plastic back with a small block of wood, and you'll see the tank. Looking in at the tank, the sensor is in the 9:00 position. You'll see the wires coming down from the top. You'll see the pump and hoses at 6:00. It should be fairly easy to access. Less than an hour for the entire job, assuming the sensor pulls out. I know the pump just pulls out of the tank(no screws, just a press fit. But I'm not sure how the sensor comes out. I assume you pull it and give it a slight twist. Put a clean pan under it, so you can recover the washer fluid.
