Now your catching on .... IMO dealerships believe their working mostly with "dummies" and often they are, they think they can just throw some obscure "reason" why the customer is experiencing whatever and think they can get away with it, and sometimes they do, but again a well educated customer can be their worst nightmare. As I said before, document names, titles and phone numbers, let them know you mean "business" .... they will and do walk all over the unknowing, sorry for the gloomy inputs.
