The rear camera connects directly to the APIM. It's a regular composite signal.I don't know much about composite video. There's a potential issue where any camera you buy in Germany will use a PAL 50Hz signal, while the APIM would be designed for NTSC 60Hz. I honestly don't know if composite video even uses PAL/NTSC or if the APIM can auto-adapt. It might be a big issue, it might be a complete non-issue.
