For the camera, there are a few aftermarket / DIY solutions available, depending on how comfortable you are with soldering and cutting into factory wiring. I added one to mine but it involves an Arduino hobby controller, APIM extension harness, etc. There's a second method using a relay controlled by the reverse wire -- it's easier to accomplish but the vehicle has to be put in Reverse then back to Drive to bring up the front camera.
Front parking sensors are technically feasible, but also a good amount of DIY. You'd be cutting holes into the bumper and either using an aftermarket kit, or swapping the parking module/sensors from a Lincoln MKS to get the extra connections needed. I'm not aware of anybody who has actually tried this.

While it's not the biggest screen, it's also technically possible to take one of the 'rearview camera mirrors', connect a front camera to it, and add a switch telling it when to display. I did this on my work truck. This would probably be the easiest way to add a front camera, but the display won't be as big as the touchscreen's.
