Just purchased a 2016 3.5L Flex with 92k. Unfortunately, after a cold start only, when shifting into reverse (from park) there seems to be a transmission hesitation and than slams into reverse. After driving a bit the shifting to reverse (from Drive or Park) it seems to operate fine. Haven’t had it looked at yet. I let the car run for about 10 minutes this morning hoping it wouldn’t slam into reverse. However, that approach didn’t result in a smooth shift, but it didn’t slam as hard.
