I've had 2, put on about 180K miles between them. Overall my reliability has been very good, with 2 pretty major exceptions: The first one blew a turbocharger on a summer road trip, 1000 miles from home. Stranded our family for 5 days, got it home, and had to sell it for scrap because the engine was internally scored.
Shopped around for what car we'd rather have, didn't find anything that fit our lives better. Bought a 2nd SEL Ecoboost, and blew out a turbo on that one on the way to Thanksgiving dinner. I still drive that 2014 Flex with 120K on the body, and 90K on the engine and exhaust system Ford replaced for me.
