Did you end up finding a solution? My 2019 is making a similar sound. Same symptoms: Noise while moving, stops when I apply the brakes.Drove again...last 2 right turns before the house--I heard it...these are not stopping right turns in a subdivision and then it stayed on until I stopped. The right rear wheel did feel like it had more heat than the left side.
I haven't checked temps on the rotors yet (that's a tomorrow task).
My mechanic looked at it a week ago, but of course it didn't make the sound when he had it. Or on the drive there and back.
The rotors looked good (no grooves, marring, etc) and the pads had 4mm+ left on them.
