#1 Did you use a Cam Holding Tool ?
While these cheaper Chinese tools works, you might be able to borrow a better built set from a local auto parts store. All those codes do sound like a timing issue.
#2 .52 plug gap? I think plug gap s/b closer to 0.032 - 0.035, I'll have to look that up, whose plugs did you use?
#3 Did you use OE parts? The timing chain and its "timing" is absolutely critical, I had to postpone my 171K timing chain job on my EcoBoost by almost 3 weeks waiting for a OE chain.
Make sure all electrical connectors are properly secured to the proper component (I know slim chance) but check for bent pins too.
BTW my rebuild took 17 hours taking my time over 3 days, don't rush. Also did you use a new Cam Phaser Bolts?
A full list of the codes might reveal something else too.
