You're allowed more than one paragraph per post . . . ;)

Okay, first: are you the first owner?

New battery, but what does the voltage look like when the car is on and when it's 'cold'?

I recently discovered that the Ford Flex will 'just do stuff' with an almost dead battery, which is to say, electrical problems you have to start with square one.

All Cars: when the car will not start and you don't know what it is, if it has an immobilizer (probably does), lock with the fob, then unlock, then try to start. It eliminates the possibility that you got to a bad place in the workflow that you never should have been able to get to and it thinks you didn't unlock or something else strange.

Also, when a car doesn't start, you've got to describe what it does :D

HVAC + Blindspot are pretty different systems.

What was the lead-up to replacing the PCM and relay? Did anything need to be 'set' to do that?

"Updating the firmware" - whatever THAT is, don't do it.

ForScan: do you have a windows laptop of any age (like, win7 or higher)? Don't let someone else do the ForScan stuff for you, LEARN it, get the right cable and the license is dirt cheap.

Let us know about the above questions and we'll go from there.
