When you start "losing" coolant at any real speed, the engine will seize if it can't be cooled.
If you're losing oil realtime, well, kinda the same thing.
Before you "do anything", if you want to troubleshoot set yourself up for collection of anything that will spontaneously spill out of the vehicle (oil is bad, coolant is worse) for letting it get into the ground.
Basic diagnostics are do a 'volume check' of fluids.
Oil: check your dipstick, see how it is.
Any level showing up on a clean stick:
do an oil change with filter and take at and smell the oil (smelling anything other than oil is bad, or it smelling burnt) or the oil is not there or isn't similar consistency to regular oil (like, it's sludgy) then you're at 'have someone look at it'
If that's good, check coolant:
How low is it, when you look at the reservoir? Put a cup or two (I say cup because you made me do the math for km ) of coolant in the filler and see if/where it's leaking and how fast.
Take a picture and post it.
Other than that, what's your situation? How nice is the vehicle for it's age? Has it been maintained well up until now? How many owners etc.

FYI Flex/Taurus and MKS/MKT non-ecoboost for this type of problem are the same - so googling codes and whatnot are about the same for the model year - AFAIK nothing else shares the platform.
