I was getting the same codes. I did all the same fuel door stuff as others to no avail. Dealer said their reader pointed to the evap purge valve being stuck in open position randomly. I replaced the valve which is located on the driver side firewall near the master cylinder. And it went away. I think they are ~$100. Or you could try a used one from a pick-a-part. Others with more experience can share possible causes or maybe you can pinpoint it with info from ForScan. Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.
