Here's an off the wall suggestion. When my battery failed two weeks ago all hell broke loose with the alarms, bells, whistles, etc. Did you try a "reboot"? disconnect the entire battery, both + and -. let is sit for a few minutes and then reconnect. When I did this the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I plugged in my cheap analyzer thingy from Harbor Freight and deleted/erased all the faults. Started up and everything was clear without any issues and has been that way ever since. Maybe sometimes the ECM just needs a kick in the arse.
