I would imagine you've also been here before.
This is my table of parts to rebuild my 2013 EB AWD Limited's front and rear suspension. I previously documented and posted my front strut, rear shock with BC shorter springs and adjustable threaded collars upgrade (one of the best upgrades I've done on this Flex) so now right at 200K miles, I'm guessing almost a year later, I'm going to finish the job of a full suspension rebuild.
My local friendly Ford parts person Jessica, indicated to me that the inboard tierod ends on the electric steering systems very rarely fail, so those two parts aren't shown nor purchased.
I priced out all the bushings for the rear cross member rebuild at RockAuto, then asked my local shop the cost to R&R the 12 bushings, that was estimated to be 2 hours of labor @ $125, $250 to replace these bushings. So I chose a different route, I purchased 2 brand new OE Knuckle Assemblies (complete with bushings installed) from FordPartsGiant for $250 each (half the labor cost I was quoted) and now I have 2 brand new OE Knuckle Assemblies, without paying for the cost of the bushings and without the worrying of potential problems with the Knuckle rebuild. I'll still have to press the 4 rear upper and lower bushings, shouldn't be to bad.
I'll be getting to it soon, then continuing the job. I'm estimating and hoping, this won't take me maybe 12 to 16 hours, again saving close to $3,000 in labor costs.
