After my previous post, I continue to look online and see that others have had similar problems. Specifically, I located TSB 12 – 4–2.
The TSB seems to specify 2009 to 2012, but I called my dealer to ask what they knew. They looked up my VIN and said there are no TSB‘s for my vehicle.
Part of the TSB has a procedure that could potentially address my issue, but it requires a warm, ambient environment, which I don’t have access to. All for now![🤷♂️]()
