I have this same issue. I have a 2014 model. The motor in question is on the drivers side above the drivers blend door motor. I can see only one bolt head, the other two are behind a heavy thick wire bundle. I think the video mentioned above shows it and explains that to get to the screws you have to disconnect the bundle pins from where its secured. I found that removing the drivers seat makes it a lot easier to get up under the dash, but the lower dash panel must be removed to reach it. Drivers seat took all of 3 minutes to remove.
