For those with the drain plug, and those without, here is how easy it is to drain and refill. The fill port uses a 3/8" square, end of an extension fits perfectly. First clean the unit with brake cleaner and wipe it dry, then remove the passenger wheel. There is a loop on the sway bar where the tie rod runs under, from there, slip a 3' extension through there, and then up towards the plug. Wiggle the end in until it is good and tight, then use a long handled ratchet, press INTO the plug while loosening. As long as the plug is undamaged and not torqued by an elephant, it should come right out. Once it is finger loose, you can reach it from underneath and finish removing it.
THe tricky one is the drain plug. Is a 1/4" hex. There is not enough room to fit a ratchet with a hex socket, but, I found I can make my own. What is needed is a 1/4" drive1/4" allen. Its the one made for a screwdriver type handle. That fits perfectly with a 1/4" ratchet and 1/4" socket. If you can't find that and have a regular 1/4" allen for 3/8" drive, it fits fine, and then use a 1/4" open end to remove it.

I used Mobil 1 75w140 since thats what i called for. I did two 200ml fills and added roughly another 100 before it seeped out. It started to seep after the second 200, but I wanted to be sure.
Put the plug in by hand, and tighten it as much as you can, then slip the long extension in the same was as before and carefully tight in. Not too much, it doesn't take much force to create a tight seal.
When I pull the upper plug it was coated with fine silver gook. Nothing sharp just the fine stuff that looks like never seize and though, oh, great. When I got the lower out, the fluid was nice and clear, I was amazed as I believe this may be the first time it was drained since there were no witness marks on either plug.
Huge relief.
For those who don't have a drain plug. look up a Utub on adding one. If you drill it while still full, any metal that would get up inside will be flushed as it drains.
