I didn't even realize the 2013's finish panel was different in any way. I had thought all 2013-2019 Limited panels were identical.
Comparing a 2013 to 2014 side-by-side, the only difference I'm seeing is 2014+ has the temperature buttons colored.
I'd wager it's a direct swap. They even still have the 2013 engineering number stamped in the plastic.
