At 12 years and 208,000 miles, I opted for the whole LCA. Got Motorcraft from Amazon for just under $200/ea. I'm doing everything though. Struts, springs, bearing plates, control arms, inner & outter tie rod ends, sway bar links, CV shafts, etc.
