did you measure the oil level on the dipstick? sounds like a leak, not a 1/2 quart overfill.

don't know about the fuse, but if you removed the actuator assembly not sure why you pulled fuse in case it powers anything else. i got the actuator last year, it was $200 shipped.

Yes there is. I was in a time crunch and couldn't wait for the parts to arrive when I did my chains and waterpump, so I opted not to do the oil pump. I have 208,000 on it now and the oil pump is fine....
